Jim Donio, Founder/CEO of Social Eagle with Marcus Lemonis of CNBC’s The Profit. Donio is a digital marketing pioneer and has been recognized in this ever-changing industry with his appointment to the Inaugural National Facebook Small & Medium Business Council in 2014, Facebook Blueprint’s Greenhouse in 2018 and a Founder of National Facebook Leaders Network in 2019.

 

Bio

Jim Donio, CEO

Jim Donio is a serial entrepreneur and has founded, expanded, sold or been the CEO of more than a dozen businesses ranging in annual revenue from $200,000 to $200,000,000. He established his first company at 13 years old. He was appointed as one of only 12 founding members in the country to Facebook’s Inaugural National Small and Medium Sized Business Council.

He has been featured in major media outlets including: Advertising Age Magazine, American Express OPEN for Business, NPR and a variety of other publications and has lectured to regional, statewide and national audiences. Mr. Donio is currently a partner in numerous privately held holding companies and trusts. He has been honored with many awards, including AC Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40 and recognized as a NJ Heartland Hero.

In addition to his extensive for-profit background, he has been actively involved with philanthropic causes and has served on numerous non-profit boards and commissions for more than 25 years.  He currently serves as the Chief Strategist of the Eagle Theatre, South Jersey’s only year-round professional, Equity theatre, located in Hammonton, NJ.  He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business in Villanova, Pennsylvania in 1998.
